Plots for sale in Bangalore are in high demand due to the new roads, ring roads, and metro developments that link to major IT and industrial hubs. As of July 2025, more than 150 plotted projects are active. About 30% are ready for possession, nearly 50% are under construction, and around 20% are in pre‑launch or launch stages.

Plot sizes go from 600 sq. ft. cottage plots to 4,000 sq. ft. villa layouts in 30×40, 30×50, 40×60, and 50×80 formats.
Nambiar Ellegenza – Phase I Extension 2 is by Nambiar Builders in Chandapura near Sarjapur Road. This phase covers 1.12 acres of the 41.14‑acre project. There are 14 villa plots sized 1,713 to 2,821 sq. ft. It is RERA‑approved (PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/280324/006748) and on sale in 2025. Prices are on request. Possession starts May 2027. Amenities include a play area, amphitheater, lobby, yoga zone, skating rink, and more. It has good road links to IT hubs and is near Muthanallur Road and Gopasandra.
Prestige Gardenia Estates is by Prestige Group in Devanahalli, North Bangalore. It launched in May 2025 and is in pre‑launch to launch stage. The 50‑acre site has over 500 plots (some say 1,000+). Plot sizes are 30×50 (1,500 sq. ft.), 40×60 (2,400 sq. ft.), 50×80 (4,000 sq. ft.), and select 1,200 sq. ft. plots. Prices range from ₹1.10 Crores to ₹3.2 Crores under pre‑launch offers. Possession by December 2029. It is 15 min from Kempegowda Airport via NH 44 and 6.5 km from Yelahanka Railway Station. Amenities include a modern clubhouse and large green spaces.
Godrej Properties is developing 48 acres in Doddaballapur, North Bangalore. The land was acquired in July 2025 and plots will launch in late 2025 or early 2026. The site can yield about 1.1 million sq. ft. of plotted land. Plot sizes and prices will be set at launch. It lies near the future Satellite Town Ring Road, Kempegowda Airport, industrial hubs, and Nandi Hills. This shows Godrej’s push into plotted homes.
Sattva Green Groves is by Sattva Group in Nelamangala, off Tumkur Road. It launched in May 2024 and is RERA‑approved (PRM/KA/RERA/1250/307/PR/040524/006863). The 45‑acre project has 735 plots sized 600–1,936 sq. ft. (20×30 to 30×50). Prices start at ₹35 Lakhs. Possession by December 2025. Amenities include a clubhouse with 30+ facilities: café, gym, party hall, kids’ pool, swimming pool, yoga studio. It is about 1 hr 5 min from the airport, 17 km to Peenya Metro, and 13 km to Bhairanayakanahalli station.
Century Midtown by Century Real Estate in Devanahalli is a mixed township with plots. Pre‑launch started May 2025 and full launch is due October 2025. It spans over 100 acres. Plot sizes will range from 1,200 sq. ft. (30×40) to 2,400 sq. ft. (40×60). Prices start at ₹98 Lakhs. RERA approvals are in process. It blends plot living with township amenities and north‑Bangalore connectivity.
Prestige King’s County by Prestige Group in Jigani launched July 2024. The 73‑acre site has 875 plots sized 1,500 sq. ft. (30×50) to 4,800 sq. ft. (40×80). Prices start at ₹1.25 Crores. RERA (PR/290624/006936) was approved June 29, 2024. Possession by December 2026. Amenities include a 60,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, gym, pool, sports courts, and 80% open space. It is close to Electronic City.
Purva Tranquillity by Puravankara in S Medihalli launched March 2024. It covers 71 acres (some say 45). It has 800 plots sized 1,200–2,400 sq. ft. (30×40 to 40×60). Prices start at ₹78 Lakhs (≈₹6,500/sq. ft.). RERA (PR/180324/007969) approved March 18, 2024. Possession by December 2025. It lies off Sarjapur‑Attibele Road, 4 km from RMZ Ecospace and 6.4 km from ITPL. Amenities include gardens, clubhouse, sports courts, cricket pitch, and pools.
