Nambiar District 25 is a luxury residential project located close to Sarjapur Road. The development covers 100 acres and offers 796 premium flats in Phase 1, across six high-rise towers. Buyers can choose from 2, 3, & 4 BHK apartments with sizes ranging between 1243 sq ft and 2590 sq ft. The project officially launched on January 10, 2025, and is expected to be ready for possession in 2028.

Prestige Falcon City Luxe is the second phase of the well-known Prestige Falcon City at Konanakunte Cross, on Kanakapura Main Road in South Bangalore. This phase includes two towers and is one of the most anticipated launches of 2025. Spread over 41 acres with 75% open area, each tower rises to 30 floors above ground level, with a basement and ground floor included. The project is under RERA approval and will be launched after its clearance.

The project launched on March 22, 2025, and quickly became a top-seller, with 60% of units sold within the first month of launch.

Buyers can opt for 1, 2, 3, 3.5, or 4 BHK homes. The 1 and 2 BHK units were oversubscribed during the pre-launch phase, showing strong demand for the project.

Prestige Raintree Park is a big township in East Bangalore, located in Whitefield. It extends over 21 acres, with 18 towers of 2B+G+19 floors. Prestige Evergreen, the second phase, will launch in mid-2025 and is planned over 30 acres with more than 2000 units.
