Dommasandra is a village and growing suburb located along Sarjapur Main Road in the Bengaluru Urban district of Karnataka. Dommasandra sits right on Sarjapur Main Road, between Kodathi and Sarjapur town. It connects Bengaluru's IT corridors — Whitefield, ORR, and Electronic City — through internal roads and the upcoming Peripheral Ring Road (PRR).

It also connects to Hosur Road and NH 44 through the Dommasandra–Chandapura link road, making it a strategic midpoint for South Bengaluru commuters.

Dommasandra Circle is the main junction where four arterial roads meet — toward Sarjapur, Chikka Thirupathi, Kodathi, and Carmelaram. It's the area's identity marker, with constant activity, local markets, and daily commute traffic.

This junction is also a pickup and drop point for IT park buses heading to ORR and Whitefield, keeping it one of the most important intersections along the corridor.

Dommasandra is part of the high-demand Sarjapur Road real estate zone, which has seen sustained growth over the last decade. The locality features:

Infrastructure Projects and Updates

Both PRR and STRR are game-changing infrastructure projects expected around 2025–2026. These will decongest Sarjapur Road and enhance connectivity from Dommasandra to Mysuru Road, Tumakuru Road, and Hosur Road. Real estate value in Dommasandra is already showing signs of early appreciation as a result.

Work has begun on the Sarjapur–Hebbal Red Line. Once operational, this will connect Dommasandra's catchment to Koramangala, HSR Layout, and Hebbal — improving north–south mobility drastically.
